Welcome to Time Is Key (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, in-person experiences (escape rooms), event services, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking, attending, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to book and attend. Minors may participate only with an accompanying parent or guardian. Certain activities may have age or height restrictions as listed on our booking pages.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are made through our online booking platform.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Prices shown do not include optional add-ons unless stated.
• You agree to provide accurate information when booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking may qualify for a refund or credit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
• Private events and large group bookings may have separate cancellation terms.

5. Arrival and Check-In

Guests should arrive at least 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrivals may lose play time or be treated as no-shows without refund.

6. Conduct and Safety

• Guests must follow all safety instructions and rules provided by staff.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behaviour.

7. Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Participation in our activities involves physical movement and inherent risk. By booking and attending, you accept responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors under your care. Waivers may be required prior to participation.

8. Intellectual Property

All puzzles, designs, images, logos, text, and other content are the property of Time Is Key PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without written consent.

9. Photos and Media

We may take photos or videos of events and guests for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff before your visit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time Is Key PTY LTD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Victoria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective when posted. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept them.
